Q. Travel plans change? No problem!

A. No cancellation fees — ever.

We understand that plans can change, and that’s okay! 

Q. What if it rains?
A. No worries! Just send us a message—we’ll decide together whether to go ahead or reschedule. Your comfort comes first.

Q. Are there any extra costs?

A. Please be prepared to cover any additional on-the-spot expenses, such as transportation (train/taxi), entrance fees, or any rentals（Kimono etc.） needed during the shoot.  

Q. How do we pay on the day?
A. Cash is simple—just bring it with you on the day. Prefer card? Let us know in advance and we’ll make it work.
